Fabrice Mouret
CO-FOUNDER AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Fabrice Mouret, an MBA graduate from Cornell University, co-founded enableIT, Prescient Security, Prescient Assurance, and Cacilian, demonstrating his leadership in building and managing IT companies. With extensive experience in the technology sector, he serves as Prescient’s CEO, guiding the company through its evolution. His commitment to the industry is further highlighted by his membership in the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), Cornell Council Entrepreneurship, and his role on the Crest USA Board.
Sammy Chowdhury
CO-FOUNDER AND CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Sammy Chowdhury, with an MS from Columbia University, co-founded enableIT, Prescient Security, Prescient Assurance, and Cacilian. As Prescient’s CCO, he focuses on customer success and engagement, backed by a strong foundation in compliance evidenced by his PCI-QSA, CCSFP, ISO27KLA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CCSK, CTPRP, and PMP credentials. His involvement in key networks and councils, including the Forbes Technology Council, EO, Founder’s Network, Pavillion Executive, Aphinia CISO Community, and Infragard, showcases his dedication to the field of technology and security.
Caroline Paranikas
CHIEF LEGAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Caroline Paranikas, a graduate from Harvard Law School, leads the Legal and People functions at Prescient Security as the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer. She has over 20 years of legal experience in professional services and tech, first in private practice (Kirkland & Ellis transactional partner) and then in-house (Chief M&A Counsel at JLL and General Counsel of tech startups). Caroline is admitted to the New York, Illinois and Paris (France) bars. With a passion for mentoring and teaching, she has been an adjunct professor at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and a lecturer at University of Chicago Law School. She is a founding member of the L Suite, a premier peer community for Chief Legal Officers in tech.
Darren Maloney
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Darren Maloney, a chartered qualified accountant and member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, joined the Prescient Security executive team as CFO in November 2023. Darren brings over 20 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles and the cyber security industry. Over the past two decades he has served in various finance leadership roles in high growth cyber security & technology companies. He is responsible for strategically driving Prescient Security's financial operations and leading it through to it’s next chapter of growth.
Caroline Paranikas
CHIEF LEGAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Andrew McLauchlan
CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER, INTERNATIONAL

Andrew has over 20 years experience working in leadership positions in technology and financial services. Prior to joining Prescient, Andrew worked at Amazon Web Services in Global Financial Service where he ran Partner Sales for EMEA/APAC. He built and scaled a business of over $600million with a team across the UK, Spain, Switzerland, Singapore and Japan. Before his move into Big Tech, Andrew co-founded a Capital Markets Consultancy in London, Hong Kong and New York. He lived in each of these places, scaling each business from scratch. Andrew is responsible for building out the EMEA / APAC business.
