Role Overview: As the Demand Generation & Partnership Manager at Prescient Security, you'll lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive qualified leads, and create strategic partner marketing programs. Working closely with sales and marketing, you'll devise and execute strategies across various channels, while also cultivating strategic partnerships to expand our market reach.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across diverse marketing channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their requirements and objectives, and devise effective marketing materials, campaigns, and lead generation initiatives tailored to our ICP.
  • Design and execute partner marketing programs, including joint webinars, co-branded content, and collaborative events/programs, to elevate brand visibility, foster engagement, and drive lead generations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging events and webinars, from pre-event promotion to post-event follow-up, maximizing attendance and interaction within our ecosystem.
  • Work collaboratively with the content marketer to develop compelling marketing collateral including emails, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and landing pages.
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, employing segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and performance analysis techniques to drive lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across various marketing initiatives, including website traffic, conversion rates, email engagement, and campaign ROI, to track progress and identify areas for optimization within the cybersecurity domain.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation, partnership marketing, and cybersecurity, integrating innovative ideas and strategies into Prescient Security's marketing programs.
  • Provide support to cross-functional teams as required, collaborating with Sales, and technical teams to achieve common objectives. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation, partnership marketing, and lead generation, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, email marketing tools, web content management systems, and other relevant marketing tools and platforms. Hubspot and Salesforce knowledge preferred.

Preferred:

  • Background in cybersecurity or related field(s) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance within the cybersecurity domain.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and engage with prospects and clients.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions to drive results.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to be productive in a remote environment.
  • Self-starter who can be savvy and resourceful with the tools at your disposal. Eager to learn and pitch new ideas within the cybersecurity domain.

Additional Requirements:.

  • Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings or conferences, if required.

  • Competitive salary within the range of $80,000 - $95,000 base with possible bonus capabilities.
